I have updated the lastest version of DirectX but there is no change. How to solve it?

To solve the problem is changing the SoftScope display mode to GDI mode (or DirectX System mode). "START -> Programs-> SoftScope2-> Utilities-> SoftScope Display Mode Change->GDI(or DirectX System mode)" at Window.
